{"id":7982,"date":"2018-07-19T13:01:07","date_gmt":"2018-07-19T11:01:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mojacar.es\/en\/oferta-cultural-verano-mojacar\/"},"modified":"2018-07-21T11:14:55","modified_gmt":"2018-07-21T09:14:55","slug":"mojacar-summer-entertainment-programme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/devmojacar.talleragencia.com\/en\/mojacar-summer-entertainment-programme\/","title":{"rendered":"Moj\u00e1car summer entertainment programme"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote><p>Moj\u00e1car Council\u00b4s Culture and Festivities Department has launched its summer programme, which has something on offer every day to keep both children and adults entertained.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>From the second half of July until the end of August, the evenings in Moj\u00e1car Pueblo will be filled with music, film and dance, culminating with the San Agust\u00edn Fiesta in honour of the town\u00b4s Patron Saint.<\/p>\n<p>For the children, there are lots of fun activities especially for them including sporty games, bouncy castles, trampolines and magic, not forgetting some Superheroes that will be paying a visit. The action will be set up at different points in Moj\u00e1car\u00b4s Old Town including the Plazas Nueva, Front\u00f3n and Parterre as well as the Centro de Usos M\u00faltiples at the Fuente.<\/p>\n<p>After a great day on the beach, everyone then has the chance to enjoy their free time, taking in the local gastronomy with some favourite pastimes, whilst taking advantage of the wonderful evening temperature as night falls in the Town.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, the highlight of this month\u00b4s programme is the Night of the Candles on Thursday, 26th, which has become one of the most important dates in the Mojaquero summer.\u00a0 It\u00b4s an event which\u00a0 involves all the people of the town, working hand in hand with the Moj\u00e1car Pueblo Association of Merchants and the local Council.<\/p>\n<p>As night falls, the lights in Moj\u00e1car are switched off, to be replaced by the glimmer of thousands of candles scattered through the streets, houses and shops.
