{"id":17491,"date":"2022-06-13T10:05:59","date_gmt":"2022-06-13T08:05:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mojacar.es\/?p=17491"},"modified":"2022-06-13T10:05:59","modified_gmt":"2022-06-13T08:05:59","slug":"mojacar-six-blue-flags-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/devmojacar.talleragencia.com\/en\/mojacar-six-blue-flags-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Moj\u00e1car officially receives its Six Blue Flags from Regional Tourism Ministry officials"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote><p> Moj\u00e1car has officially received its six Blue Flags .<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Moj\u00e1car has officially received its six Blue Flags, which were presented to the Moj\u00e1car Mayor, Rosa Mar\u00eda Cano, the Tourism Councillor, Emmanuel Ag\u00fcero, and the Deputy Councillor to the Presidency, Francisco Garc\u00eda Cerd\u00e1, by the Secretary General for Tourism, Manuel Mu\u00f1oz, and the Tourism, Justice and Local Administration Delegate, Jos\u00e9 Luis Delgado Valdivia.<br \/>\nThe official presentation was held in the Town Hall Meeting Room. The Mayor thanked the regional ministry officials for their visit and commented that she was \u201cvery pleased\u201d about obtaining the six Blue Flags, \u201cthe result of the intense work carried out, not only on the quality of the beaches, but also in that Moj\u00e1car continues to be a benchmark in the province, synonymous with quality and good work.\u201d<br \/>\nThe Secretary General for Tourism gave his congratulations for the work carried out: \u201cit is very difficult to gain a Blue Flag, and here you have gained six\u201d, highlighting the quality of the work, services and infrastructure, and everything that entails in order for this European organisation to have fixed on Moj\u00e1car, Blue Flags covering nearly the whole of the municipality\u2019s coastline.<br \/>\nTourism Delegate, Jos\u00e9 Luis Delgado Valdivia, also congratulated the municipality for its efforts, emphasizing that \u201cwhile work is often carried out hand-in-hand with the Junta de Andaluc\u00eda and the Delegation, it the daily work and effort in the municipality that achieves the success.\u201d<br \/>\nNext week the six Blue Flags obtained once again for the 2022 tourist season will flutter on the El Cantal, El Descargador, Lance Nuevo, Marina de la Torre, Piedra Villazar, Venta del Bancal and Ventanicas beaches.<br \/>\nThe Blue Flags are awarded by the European Foundation for Environmental Education to the beaches and ports which meet the strictest criteria in regard to water quality, environmental management, safety and services, as well as information and environmental education.<br \/>\nAlso taken into account by the awarding organisation are accessibility for persons with reduced mobility, the existence of health care, lifesaving and maritime surveillance.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Moj\u00e1car has officially received its six Blue Flags .
