{"id":10623,"date":"2019-12-06T11:38:22","date_gmt":"2019-12-06T09:38:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mojacar.es\/en\/mojacar-punto-encuentro-hoteleros\/"},"modified":"2019-12-09T11:33:32","modified_gmt":"2019-12-09T09:33:32","slug":"mojacar-host-tourism-workshop","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/devmojacar.talleragencia.com\/en\/mojacar-host-tourism-workshop\/","title":{"rendered":"Moj\u00e1car hosts &#8220;Revenue management&#8221; tourism workshop."},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote><p>Andaluc\u00eda Lab recently held a \u2018Revenue Management\u2019 workshop in Moj\u00e1car, organized by the Junta de Andaluc\u00eda, in collaboration with the local Council.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\tThe day, held at the town\u2019s Centro de Usos M\u00faltiples, was aimed at tourism sector professionals who work in hotels or are involved with tourism related projects. Led by expert Alberto Ramos, the workshop was attended by Moj\u00e1car\u2019s Tourism Councillor, Emmanuel Aguero Leclerc, along with business representatives from the town and across the region, students from Cuevas del Almanzora FP Turismo and, the President of Moj\u00e1car Pueblo\u2019s Association of Merchants, Antonio Rodriguez.<br \/>\n\tThe Revenue Management ethos focuses on selling to the right customer, at the right price and place in order to increase income in the hotel and tourist industry, using analysis tools and data to optimize sales and performance. These techniques have become the centre around which many businesses now revolve and, in recent years there has been a significant growth in the industry due to the use of new research tools that can capture greater target market information.
